A teenaged female was sitting on a bench at Goldie Mill Park on Cardigan Street in Guelph when a stranger touched her without her consent and made inappropriate sexual comments, according to a news release from Crime Stoppers.
The incident happened between 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. on May 15.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately late 30s to early 40s, average build, slightly tanned with unshaven stubble, dark brown messy hair over the ears and parted in the middle, and dark eyes.
He was wearing a navy blue T-shirt, beige or khaki shorts, old beige sandals and had a large beige or khaki backpack. At the time of the incident, he was eating a red/white/blue popsicle.
