Crime of the Week: Suspects sought in early-December break-ins

In the early morning hours on Friday, Dec. 2nd 2022, there were three related break and enters that occurred in Guelph.

The first two happened around 5 a.m. at two separate businesses located on Silvercreek Parkway North. Suspects gained entry to both by smashing the glass front doors with a sledgehammer. The third incident occurred at a business on Stone Road West near Edinburgh Road South around 6:15 a.m. The suspects drove a vehicle into the glass front doors to gain entry. They then smashed a display case and stole product as well as a cash register.

The first suspect is described as male, 6’ tall, medium build, wearing a black hoodie, black and grey checkered scarf, black gloves, and black sneakers with white trim. The second suspect is described as female, 5’9” tall with a slim build, wearing a black hoodie, orange shirt, orange scarf, black pants, grey gloves, and a black duffel bag.
