At approximately 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday Nov. 29, a suspicious incident occurred in the area of College Avenue West and Hanlon Road in Guelph.

A male driving a dark blue SUV approached a 14-year-old girl who was walking along the street. The male lowered his window and asked the girl where she lived and if she wanted a ride.

The girl did not respond and started running. The male followed for a short time before making a U-turn and driving away. He is described as being in his 30s, with tanned skin, short greying hair, a thin build and untidy appearance. He was wearing a black or blue winter jacket.
