On Sept. 5, 2018, at approximately 7:33 p.m., emergency services were dispatched to an address on Edinburgh Road South where a 23-year-old male on a bicycle had been seriously injured. The injuries were life altering. The male was air lifted to a Hamilton hospital trauma unit.
At this point, there is no indication there was any suspicious activity prior to the bicycle incident. Police are asking anyone that may have witnessed the incident, to contact Cst. T. Van Iersel at 519-824-1212 ext. 7557 or email at [email protected].
