Traffic related incidents dominated the weekend
It seemed to be a busier than normal weekend for traffic enforcement with police stopping over 160 vehicles in relation to how they were driving in the cold weather conditions.
Traffic tickets were issued in 108 of those traffic stops and that number should act as a reminder to slow down and drive in a way that reflects winter conditions.
Not respecting those conditions potentially can lead to serious consequences for yourself and others on our roadways.
