Guelph police report that a downtown-area home was entered and ransacked on the weekend while the owner was away.
On Monday morning, a resident of Glasgow Street South contacted the Guelph Police Service to report the break and enter. Someone gained entry by forcing a rear window and removing the screen.
Alcohol was stolen.
