On Feb. 2, 2020 at 10:24 a.m., an adult male crashed into a vehicle that was parked in a commercial parking lot located near the intersection of Speedvale Avenue East and Stevenson Street North in the City of Guelph. The male then immediately left the parking lot and drove away. Police attended the scene and located the male a short distance away after crashing his car into a snowbank.
At 10:33 a.m., the male was arrested.
A 61-year-old male has been charged with fail to stop after accident.
He will appear in court on March 27, 2020.
