A Guelph man has been charged with break and enter after he was linked by a fingerprint to an incident last June.
On June 2, 2021, Guelph police were called to a business on Silvercreek Parkway North. A rear door had been forced open overnight and cash as well as tablets and a laptop computer were stolen.
The forensic unit collected evidence including fingerprints, one of which was later linked to a known male. That male was located Tuesday morning at a business in the west end and arrested.
A 28-year-old Guelph male is charged with break and enter and breaching probation.
