TOWN OF ERIN - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a residential break and enter that occurred on March 13, 2020 at a home on Wellington Road 50 but wasn't reported until March 18, 2020.

Investigation revealed that on March 13, 2020 at approximately 7:30 p.m., an unknown suspect gained entry into a residence by forcing open the front door. Once inside, the house and contents were rummaged through and the following items were stolen:
    •    Shotgun - 12 calibre, double barrel, over and under, Marlin
    •    Pistol - 22 calibre, V-Bernadelli Gardone
    •    Cash
    •    40-inch flat screen TV
    •    Jewelry
    •    Collector coins

The suspect is describe as male, mid 20s to early 30s, short goatee-mustache/beard and a tribal type tattoos on upper arms, wearing a tight fitting skull cap, light-coloured hoodie over a Toronto Raptors t-shirt and camouflage print pants.
