A Guelph female who breached a bail condition within 30 minutes of being released Thursday was rearrested.
The female was released on bail for assault at approximately 4 p.m. Thursday with a condition not to contact the victim or be within 50 metres of his residence. When officers went to the victim’s address at approximately 4:30 p.m. to notify him of the terms, they found the female there.
A 20-year-old Guelph female was further charged with failing to comply with a judicial release. She was held in custody for another bail hearing Friday.
