Disturbance at Bullfrog Mall
Just after 9 p.m. on Feb. 2, police were alerted to a man at the Bullfrog Mall yelling and threatening other patrons there. The 22-year-old suspect was located by police when they arrived and further investigation lead to the arrest of the male. Documents and property that belonged to someone else were also found when he was searched.
Karl Trento of Guelph was charged with possession of stolen property and breach of probation. He was released and will appear before the court on Mar. 17, 2017.
Break and Enter
There were no signs of forced entry when unknown suspect(s) entered the garage of a Sleeman Avenue home sometime overnight on Jan. 2 and took a laptop computer.
