A teen has been arrested after a phone was located in the girls’ bathroom at an elementary school in Guelph's south end.
The name of the school has not been released.
Monday afternoon, two 13-year-old females had just used the washroom at the school when they discovered a hidden cellphone which was recording video.
The phone was turned over to staff and police were called. On Monday evening a male youth attended the police station with his parents and was arrested.
A 13-year-old Guelph male is charged with voyeurism.
