Guelph male, 44, charged with stealing Magic cards

Incident happened in July, arrest made Wednesday

In July, Guelph police report that an adult male allegedly shoplifted $311.09 worth of Magic The Gathering cards from a store located near the intersection of Stone Road West and Edinburgh Road South in the City of Guelph. The male opened the packaging, concealed the cards in his pocket and left the store.

On Wednesday at 6:55 a.m., police located the male near intersection of Woolwich Street and Woodlawn Road West. He was subsequently arrested.

A 44-year-old Guelph male has been charged with theft under $5,000.

He will appear in court on Dec. 7.
