On March 19, 2019, the Guelph Police went to an Amos Drive residence to assist with an (allegedly) intoxicated male causing a disturbance within the home. Investigation discovered that the male had been an issue over the past two days and there was evidence for the charge of mischief to property. The man was arrested and charged with mischief under $5,000 and fail to comply with undertaking. He was later released with conditions and a court date.

On March 19, 2019, one hour after the man had been released, he returned to the Amos Drive residence, breaching a condition he had just been released on. He was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

The 22-year-old Guelph man is charged with mischief under $5,000 and two counts of breach of undertaking.
