Guelph man charged with impaired after driving to police station

On Jan. 27, 2019, a 39-year-old Guelph male drove to the Guelph Police station in an intoxicated state. He was subsequently arrested for impaired driving and further charged with fail or refuse to comply with demand when asked to provide a sample of his breath. Mark Kazik will appear in court on Feb. 12, 2019.

On Jan. 25, 2019 at approximately 8:20 p.m., a Guelph Police officer observed a 2012 Chevy Cruz driving erratically on Waterloo Avenue. The 47-year-old Georgetown female driver faces charges of impaired driving and drive over 80. Jennifer Thomsen will appear in court on Feb. 8, 2019.
