On Jan. 20, 2019 at 4:19 p.m., Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Marksam Drive. A roadside test was conducted with the male driver, a fail was indicted and he was arrested.
Jeffrey Moskal, 48 years of Guelph, has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration. He will appear in court on Feb. 15, 2019.
