On June 11, 2018 at approximately 5:30 p.m., Guelph Police were alerted to a possible impaired driver. Guelph Police located the vehicle and the responsible driver in the area of Delaware Avenue. Police spoke with the driver and as a result, the male was arrested for over 80.
Harold Donley, a 50 year old Guelph male, is to appear in court on July 17, 2018.
This is Donley’s second over 80 arrest in a span of seven days.
