On May 9, 2019 shortly before 10 a.m., Guelph Police went to a Wells Street business for the report of a man threatening a member of the company. Police investigation discovered that the man was also in possession of a knife and a machete, breaching a weapon condition he has on him.
The 37-year-old Hamilton man has been charged with breach undertaking and utter threats to cause death. He will appear in court on June 4, 2019.
