On Feb. 26, 2019, at approximately 4:45 p.m., Guelph police were called to the area of Creighton Avenue and Edward Street where there was a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Two children were concerned about a vehicle that they felt was following them. Furthermore, the driver of the vehicle is described as watching them.
The vehicle is described as a four door white Honda Civic. The driver is described as dark skinned with a black beard wearing a grey toque and black fall jacket.
