Homeowner threatened with large knife during break and enter: Police

Three suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival

On Oct. 9, 2019 at approximately 4:30 a.m., Guelph police were called to an address on Mont Street, where a homeowner caught three males in their garage. The three males were confronted by the homeowner and one of the males then pulled out a large kitchen knife. The suspect with the knife then pushed past the home owner and the three suspects fled the area. There are no injuries as a result of this incident.

The suspects are described as males, white, early 20s, one male was approximately 5’9” wearing a dark-coloured hooded jacket and black Adidas pants with thin white stripes. A second male was possibly wearing a grey hoodie. There was no description for the third male.
