On Aug. 19, 2019, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a female was walking through Preservation Park in the City of Guelph. A male riding a mountain bike approached the female and initiated a conversation. The male then exposed himself. The female ran away, and the male was last seen biking towards Terraview Crescent.
The male is described as Asian, in his late 20s, approx. 6’ tall, muscular build, short dark fluffy hair, wearing a black athletic t-shirt and black spandex shorts
