A man arrested by Guelph police last week after he was reportedly seen masturbating near an elementary school has been arrested again for breaching the  conditions of his release.

The man was arrested last Friday for committing an indecent act. He was released on bail with a term to “keep the peace and be of good behaviour.”

Just before 3 a.m. Wednesday, police found the male inside the ATM vestibule at a north end bank and located suspected fentanyl next to him. He had also urinated inside the vestibule.

A 31-year-old man is further charged with possessing a controlled substance, mischief under $5,000 and failing to comply with a court order. He was held for a bail hearing Wednesday.
