On Sept. 5, 2017 at approximately 8:30 a.m., a male suspect allegedly entered into the backyard of an Applewood Crescent home, where he was confronted by the resident. The resident called police and the suspicious male fled the area.
Police were able to find the suspicious male a short distance away. The male is alleged to have items on his person that are from a break-in at a different location.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, Charles Otto, a 29-year-old Guelph male, was arrested and charged with break and enter.
