Refusing to leave an apartment led to a drug charge for a Guelph man Friday.

Just before 3 p.m. Friday, police were called to a downtown address for an unwanted man. The man identified himself to officers and it was determined he was wanted for breaching a probation order.

The man was arrested on the warrant. During a search incident to arrest, officers seized nearly $4,000 worth of suspected fentanyl as well as $390 in cash.
