An individual who has been missing for over two months has been found deceased.
Guelph police confirm a body discovered in the area of Speedvale and Marlborough roads on Monday is of a person reported missing on Jan. 30.
Police said the death is not considered suspicious.
"Family of the deceased were notified and have asked for privacy during this difficult time," police said in a news release.
"Respecting the wishes of the family, the Guelph Police Service will not be releasing any more information, but would like to thank the community members and agencies that assisted with the investigation."
