On Sept. 10, 2019 at 12:45 a.m., Guelph Police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the area of Edinburgh Road South. A traffic stop was conducted and the investigation led to a large quantity of Cannabis being observed within the vehicle. The male driver was arrested and 573.8 grams of cannabis was seized.
The 27-year-old Hamilton man has been charged with possession for purpose of distributing – cannabis. He will appear in court on Sept. 24, 2019.
