On Nov. 1, 2018 at approximately 9:40 a.m., Guelph Police were called to St Joseph’s Hospital for a report of a male masturbating in front of the building.
The male is described as approximately 45-55 years old, about 5’6” tall, and he was wearing a dark ball cap, dark pants and a two tone winter coat that was dark at the top and light orange on the bottom.
