On March 18, 2020, a male was observed carrying a rifle walking eastbound along the railroad tracks behind the intersection of Cedarvale Avenue and Valleyhaven Lane in the City of Guelph.
Police attended the area but were unable to locate the male.
The male is described as:
• Caucasian
• Wearing a dark toque, black vest and green army jacket
