Police called to investigate reports of man waving knife in traffic

On Sept. 18, 2018 at approximately 6:56 p.m., Guelph Police were called to the area of Woodlawn Road and Country Club Drive in regard to a male waving a knife and jumping into traffic.

Guelph Police attended to the area and a male was arrested without incident. A pair of shears were located when the male was arrested. A 29-year-old Guelph male was arrested for weapons dangerous and two counts of breaching his probation order.

The male is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 19, 2018.
