On June 11, 2018 at approximately 8:35 p.m., Guelph Police were called to the area of Stevenson Street and Elizabeth Street in regard to a possible impaired driver. The concerned citizen followed the vehicle into Guelph from Rockwood.
Guelph Police located the vehicle in the area of Dufferin Street and spoke with the responsible driver. After speaking with the driver, the male was arrested for impaired driving.
Michael Kwietniowski, a 32-year-old Guelph male, was charged with impaired driving and over 80.
