On September 14, 2018 at approximately 3:00 a.m., Guelph Police responded to an assault incident at a residence on Applewood Crescent. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. Police Dog General was deployed to track the suspect. Police Dog General located the male hiding nearby.
The male was arrested and charged with Assault with a Weapon, Unlawfully in a Dwelling House, Mischief Under $5000, and breaching his Probation Order. A 34 year old Guelph male is scheduled to appear in bail court on September 14, 2018.
