The Guelph Police Service is investigating an assault which was captured on video late last month. The recording has since been shared widely on social media.
The video depicts three males repeatedly hitting and kicking a fourth male who is in a motorized scooter. The male is struck several times before the three other males flee on foot. The assault occurred in late October at the entrance to the West Parkade off Macdonell Street.
The Guelph Police Service has been able to identify the victim, who did not suffer any serious physical injuries during the altercation.
