Police look to identify robbery suspect

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on July 24, (it is alleged that) a male entered a York Road business and told the clerk he had a weapon in his pocket.

Without ever showing the weapon, he demanded cash and cigarettes from the clerk. After the male took a quantity of cash and cigarettes, he left on foot and was last seen running westbound on York Road just west of Victoria Road.

The male was described as in his early to mid-twenties, wearing a black ball cap with white writing, a brown and black plaid jacket and dark pants.
