Police looking to talk to these two men

One business was damaged and at another location two men tried to steal a vehicle

Guelph police are trying to identify two males as it continues to investigate damage to one business and the attempted theft of a vehicle from another.

Oct. 1, police were called to a business on York Road at Wells Street. Video surveillance revealed two males arriving at the business approximately 2:17 a.m. in a dark-coloured sedan. One of the males picked something up and throws it at a large window, shattering it.

Subsequent investigation revealed the same males attempted to steal a car from another nearby business, breaking a window and damaging the steering wheel.

The first male was described as white, late teens to early 20s, wearing a black hoodie with white writing, black pants with white stripes on the legs and white flip-flops. The second male was described as having tanned skin, black curly hair, a light-coloured NASA sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes with a white stripe on the side.

Police believe the males in the attached photos have information relevant to the investigation.
