Police respond to fire at Silvercreek Skate Park

On June 26, 2018 at approximately 8:17 a.m., Guelph Police were called to the Silvercreek Skate Park in regard to a possible fire in the wooded area west of the park.

Police attended to the area and located a male with a small fire going. Police spoke with the male and through investigation, it was learned he was not supposed to be at the skate park.

Clay Fry, a 50-year-old Guelph male, was arrested and charged with breaching his conditions. Fry is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 7, 2018.
