On July 9, 2019, at approximately 11:50 a.m., two vehicles were travelling north bound on Edinburgh Road South when one of them, a white Chevrolet extended cab pickup truck, struck the other car.
The driver of the Chevrolet pickup is described as a white male with an accent, possibly from the East Coast of Canada, short, slim build, with blondish hair and some facial hair. He was wearing a tank top and sandals. The driver of the pickup is urged to contact police.
