Police seek van involved in hit and run

Guelph police are searching for a van involved in a hit and run Monday night.

Approximately 10:40, police were called to the area of York Road and Wyndham Street where a City of Guelph vehicle had been involved in a collision. The other vehicle had fled the scene. The city employee sustained minor injuries but did not need medical attention.

The suspect vehicle was described as a beige or silver minivan, possibly a Dodge Caravan, with damage to the driver’s-side front corner. It was last seen northbound on Wyndham Street.
