Police seeking driver following College Avenue hit and run

On Jan. 12, 2019 at approximately 4 a.m., Guelph Police were contacted in regard to a hit and run. A male was hit by an unknown driver in the area of College Avenue and Trent Lane. The vehicle is described as a red/maroon 4-door car, and it will have a small amount of debris missing on the driver’s side, including the driver side mirror. The driver is described as male, in his 30’s with dark skin.

The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the hospital. The driver stopped and quickly spoke with the victim before leaving, and was last seen driving eastbound on College Avenue.
