On June 20, 2019 at approximately 2:30 p.m., Guelph Police Service attended a collision involving Bluebird school bus and a Toyota Corolla on Laird Road. Both vehicles were eastbound and when the car slowed to make a turn it was rear ended by the bus. The 64-year-old Guelph male passenger in the car suffered a sore neck and back. He did not require medical attention.
The bus driver was charged with careless driving. There were no passengers on the bus at the time of the accident.
