Skyjack lifts stolen from Guelph/Eramosa company recovered in Quebec

With the assistance of the Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal, Roussillon Intermunicipal Board of Police, Service de Police Ville de Saint-Jérôme, GardaWorld Investigations and tips from the public, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Major Crime unit have laid charges against Stephane Primeau, 51 years old of Saint-Constant, Que., with theft over $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 in relation to a load theft.

In October, 2021, OPP received a report that the accused, using a stolen trailer and fake company name of T. T. Transport (QC), obtained 11 Skyjack lifts and 25 rolls of vinyl from a logistics company in the Township of Guelph/Eramosa. The load, estimated at approximately $300,000, was to be delivered to locations in the United States, however, the property never arrived.

A warrant was executed at warehouse in Saint-Jerome, Que., where seven Skyjacks were recovered.
