On Sept. 5, 2019, at 6:26 p.m., Guelph Police arrested a 19 year old Guelph male for uttering threats to cause bodily harm or death and one count of breach probation in relation to an incident that occurred on Sept. 3, 2019.
The incident involved a Facebook voice recording left by the accused for the victim regarding a physical altercation that took place at a local High School on the first day of school.
The accused was released on a promise to appear with an officer in charge undertaking. His court date is scheduled for Oct. 11, 2019.
