Stolen Guelph vehicle found burned in Brant County

The charred remains of an SUV stolen in Guelph last month was found earlier this week in Brant County and identified through its vehicle information number.

The Honda was reported stolen just after 8 a.m. on Oct. 18 by a resident in the area of Farley Drive and Clairfields Drive East. The caller reported they started the SUV’s engine running in their driveway and went back inside to retrieve a jacket, and when they came back out, it was gone.

The theft remains under investigation.
