Store register emptied during robbery

Suspect told clerk he had a weapon

On Feb. 1, 2020 at 6:44 p.m., an adult male entered a store located near the intersection of Arkell Road and Victoria Road South in the City of Guelph. The male approached the clerk and demanded that the clerk give him all the money in the register. The clerk didn’t see a weapon, but the male made reference to having one. The male then left the store after the register was emptied. Police attended the scene but were unable to locate the male.

The male is described as:
    •    Caucasian
    •    25 to 30 years old
    •    Medium build
    •    5’10-5’11
    •    Blonde eyebrows

The male was wearing:
    •    Black hoodie with white t-shirt underneath
    •    Black pants
    •    Black and white running shoes
    •    Material covering his face from eyes to chin
    •    Carrying a white plastic bag
