Some time between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Sunday, a commercial compound located near the intersection of Woodlawn Road West and Elmira Road North was entered, report Guelph police.
Entry was gained as the lock on a gate was cut off and multiple trailers were then entered.
A large amount of scrap metal was gathered and placed in the back of a white 2005 Ford truck equipped with a dump bin. The truck was then driven away.
