OPP investigating tool theft from a construction site

In addition to the stolen items, roughly $400 damage was caused to a trailer on the site

TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH - On Jan. 3, 2020 the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break and enter into a utility trailer that was parked on a rural property on Watson Road.

Investigation revealed that sometime between Dec. 31, 2019 and Jan. 1, 2020 unknown suspect/s gained entry into a locked trailer that was parked at a construction site. 

A number of tools including:

  1. Honda 5000 Watt generator
  2. Hitachi framing nailer
  3. Bostitch straight nail gun
  4. Joist hanging nailer
  5. five - 100 foot air hoses
  6. six - 100 foot extension cords.

Suspect/s also caused approximately $400 worth of damage to the trailer.
