Guelph police say thieves made off with the cash register after a Guelph business was broken into early Monday.
Just after midnight police were notified of a break-in at a business on Silvercreek Parkway North near Speedvale Avenue West. The glass front door was smashed and the register removed.
Officers located the cash register abandoned a short distance away.
