A third person wanted in connection to a December business break-in, which saw $1,200 in alcohol taken, has been arrested. The suspect, explains Guelph Police in a news release, was taken into custody Tuesday by Waterloo Regional Police on an outstanding warrant.

A 27-year-old Guelph man is charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.

Police previously charged a 40-year-old man and a 37-year-old man, both of Guelph, in relation to the incident.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 26, three males entered a downtown business using a key which had been previously stolen from a lockbox outside the business. Three cases of alcohol, valued at about $1,200, were taken.

Investigators identified the suspects after reviewing security footage, notes the news release, and warrants were issued for their arrest.
