Guelph police continue to investigate the theft of thousands of dollars worth of tools from a downtown construction site.

On Sept. 2, a contractor reported a break and enter to a worksite near Cork Street East and Wyndham Street North.

Sometime overnight, unknown suspects entered the site and removed approximately $5,000 worth of tools including framing guns, saws, drills and batteries.
