The following news release was issued today by the Guelph Police Service:
Male arrested after shoplifting spree
On Jan. 30, 2019 at approximately 4:15 p.m., a 33-year-old Guelph male was arrested for theft at a business on Silvercreek Parkway. A search as a result of the arrest located items stolen from three other businesses on Silvercreek Parkway. The total value of the items stolen is approximately $485.
Jason Macerollo will appear in court on March 1, 2019 on the charges of four counts of theft under $5,000 and breach of probation.
