Drive over 80 mg — arrest
On February 2, 2017 at 2:23 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Woodlawn Road West. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Colby O’Drowsky, 30 years of Kitchener has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on February 17, 2017.
